I am the right person to inspect your property and give you the peace of mind needed going forward. I pride myself on being a positive part of the process whilst building ongoing relationships with my clients. Always available for building advice when needed long after the initial inspection is completed!!
It’s important you can trust your building inspector has the experience to carry out a thorough inspection and provide a detailed report you can understand.
That’s where I have the edge on most competitors. I was lucky enough to complete my building apprenticeship in the days when a builder would often carry out all aspects of building houses and renovations. From floor preparation to pouring, followed by cutting and standing framework onsite (no pre-nails in those days) we would install our own roofs spouting and fascia followed by full interior fitout including insulation, linings & finishing. That is why when inspecting your house I know exactly what to look for and more often than not will find and solve potential problems only the most experienced can see.
We specialise in covering all aspects of residential property Inspection services as per NZS 4306 2005.
