I was lucky enough to complete my building apprenticeship in the days when a builder would often carry out all aspects of building houses and renovations. From floor preparation to pouring, followed by cutting and standing framework onsite (no pre-nails in those days) we would install our own roofs spouting and fascia followed by full interior fitout including insulation, linings & finishing. That is why when inspecting your house I know exactly what to look for and more often than not will find and solve potential problems only the most experienced can see.
